From the kitchen

I’m Shannon, a chef and food stylist currently based in Oklahoma City. My training at the Culinary Institute of America helped me form a foundation for my own style of cooking, combining French cuisine with the southern comfort food that I was raised on. I love sharing food with others through any avenue I can.

Having worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 10 years, I have found that the intersection of food and art is where I feel most passionate. I have had the joy and challenge of working at all levels in a variety of restaurants, opening new concepts, and styling on production sets for food and lifestyle brands and editorials.

There’s nothing that brings people together and gives them common ground quite like good food, and that is why I love to cook.
