Hello from the kitchen

I’m Shannon, a chef and food stylist currently based in Oklahoma City. My training at the Culinary Institute of America helped me form a foundation for my own style of cooking, combining French cuisine with the southern comfort food that I was raised on. I love sharing food with others through any avenue I can.

Having worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 10 years, I have found that the intersection of food and art is where I feel most passionate. I have had the joy and challenge of working at all levels in a variety of restaurants, opening new concepts, and styling on production sets for food/lifestyle brands and editorials.

There’s nothing that brings people together and gives them common ground quite like a good meal or dessert.
